Aylin M. Bello, MA, RPsy is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in trauma-informed approaches and cognitive behavioral therapy. She received her MA in Counseling Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. She is a consultant psychologist at In Touch Community Services and has her own private practice. She has worked extensively with adolescents and adults with issues and conditions such as depression, mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and relationship issues. Her research interests include help-seeking behaviors, mindfulness-based interventions, and risk-taking behaviors among adolescents. Aylin also conducts workshops and talks on topics such as well-being, mindfulness, self-compassion, stress management, and emotion regulation.
