Ernest Marc Castillo is currently an instructor at the Center for Social Responsibility (CSR) and the National Service Training Program (NSTP) Coordinator for UA&P. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of the Philippines Diliman and his Master of Science in Management from UA&P. 

As part of the CSR consulting team, his training includes proficiency in the global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting standards and frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, the Integrated Reporting <IR> Framework, and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

He also had training from the Global Development Network (GDN) on the Improving Public Expenditure Accountability Program for five years and participated in the consortium of cooperative researchers in the Asia-Pacific region. He specializes in sustainability and corporate ESG reporting, development policy, results-based monitoring and evaluation using logical framework, and cooperatives development.
