Victoria Tulad-Rosales teaches Multi-Platform Journalism at the UA&P School of Communication. She obtained her Master in Journalism degree from the Konrad Adenauer Asian Center for Journalism at the Ateneo de Manila University, where she also took up Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

She was a senior correspondent for GMA Network for more than 12 years, reporting for various programs from different beats such as politics, business, police, and conflict. She was also an anchor and documentarist. In 2016, her Brigada segment “Ang mga Ginto ng Smokey Mountain” became a finalist in the prestigious New York Festivals. It also won Best Documentary and Best Documentarist from the 2016 University of the Philippines Los Baños’ Gandingan Awards. In 2017, her Brigada segment “Abo at Tubig” received a Certificate for Documentary from the US International Film and Video Festival.

In 2019, Victoria became a fellow of the Asia Journalism Fellowship, where she spent three months in Singapore. She was also an exchange student for the American Field Service (AFS) Intercultural Programs, where she spent a year in Washington, DC.
